What to include
For product support, include the GitHub organization or repository name, installation ID if available, scan timestamp, and any GitHub delivery ID shown in logs.
Billing and Marketplace
For billing or plan questions, include the GitHub account or organization connected to Marketplace billing. Do not send private keys, GitHub tokens, or repository secrets by email.
